How far in advance should I order?
It’s never too early to book your order! As of now, we are currently booking 2 weeks out depending on the time of year with holiday cookies and other custom orders I have.

How do I place and order? Do you require a deposit?
​Please submit all custom order requests through our custom inquiry form on our website. Once you send an email request and we agree upon availability, quantity, pricing and pickup, we will email you an invoice. A 50% deposit is required within two days of receiving the invoice and full payment is required a day before pickup date. Due to the volume of custom orders we make, your order is not on our calendar until your deposit is paid. We accept payments through Venmo, ZELLE or cash or card.

What if I need to cancel an order?
If a cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded two weeks before the event if the order has not been baked and your spot is filled by another order.
